On-Site Warranty

Desktop Onsite Warranty:

Computer Alliance offer a Desktop onsite warranty through a third party contractor called National Warranty Services (NWS), for any and all desktop systems that have a value of $5000 or less. NWS can send a qualified Computer Technician to your home or workplace to fix the problem (depending on your location to the nearest service agent). If the problem can’t be fixed onsite they will take the machine back to their workplace for further diagnostics.

Notebook Extended Warranty:

Also through National Warranty Services (NWS), Computer Alliance is able to offer a range of notebook extension warranties. NWS will arrange for a courier collection and return service if the notebook should fail within the extended warranty period (Only available for Notebooks). The extended warranty period starts after the manufactures warranty has expired.
