I ordered a new bespoke PC from Computer Alliance.
The staff take their time to make sure the build was right and that the components all matched.
There was an issue in that Bluetooth was missed out, but this was rectified at CA's expense.
Technical support was varied, and placed a reliance in returning the unit to base to sort out a couple of minor niggles, but these were sorted out without returning it.
I occasionally speak with the staff with my ongoing queries and they are as happy to discuss them now that I have paid as willingly as before I paid. This speaks volumes for me as to their commitment to support me.
The downside of their policy of taking care of the customer equates to long wait times in the store, or for telephone callbacks. In my case, I will take the excellent customer care and suck up the long waits.
