Delivery Information

Computer Alliance PTY LTD ships exclusively within Australia. We deliver to all regions serviced by Australia Post and StarTrack. In specific scenarios, we may use other delivery services.

Delivery Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery via Australia Post or StarTrack
  • Express Delivery, subject to product weight and size eligibility

Delivery Costs

Free delivery is not available to some locations for some products. Where a product is advertised as free delivery (subject to terms and condition) and does not meet the criteria for free delivery to your location, we will instead offer a discounted delivery fee at checkout. In rare cases, Computer Alliance reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery to a remote or secluded area is not feasible.

Order Processing Times

We will endeavour to ship out orders as quickly as possible, provided all items are in stock and ready to ship. Once the order has been dispatched we will email you with the tracking information at the end of the day.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Public holidays
  • Sale events
  • Peak periods

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to external factors such as natural disasters, holiday congestion, or promotional events.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 2–10 business days

Authority to Leave / Safe Drop

Customers may select Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout only if the total order value is under $500. Please only choose ATL if you believe it is safe to do so at your delivery location.

Computer Alliance is not responsible for ATL orders that are delivered to the wrong address or go missing. 

For orders over $500, a signature on delivery is required. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your order will be taken to the nearest collection point. You will need to present valid ID matching the name and address on the order to collect your items.

Tracking & Multiple Consignments

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that includes details for all consignments. If your order contains multiple large items, it may be shipped in separate consignments, which could arrive at different times.

Exceptions & Conditions

  • Delivery eligibility may vary depending on product size and weight.
  • We do not ship internationally.
