We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist at our store in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.
Key responsibilities for these roles include:
- First point of contact with customers
- Cash handling and processing payments
- General phone enquires and call distribution
- Customer enquiries
- General sales enquiries
- Data entry
- Filing
- Click & Collect
We are looking for people who:
- Have previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a must
- Ability to communicate with people on all levels
- Able to work in a team environment
- Previous experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential
- The successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer service
- An interest in technology would be an advantage
Work hours
-Full flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday evenings
