This USB 3.1 card helps prepare you for the next generation of USB connectivity and performance. Now you can access USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices at 10Gbps, which is twice the speed of traditional USB 3.0 devices. (USB 3.0 is also known as USB 3.1 Gen 1.)

Plus, by adding one USB-C™ and one USB-A port to your PC, you can easily connect legacy, modern, and future USB devices, regardless of the USB connector type.

Save time, with faster USB performance

This high-performance USB card is a must-have computer upgrade. By adding two 10Gbps USB ports, you can connect high-bandwidth devices and avoid the performance bottlenecks often associated with older connectivity technologies.

The PCI Express USB 3.1 card lets you transfer files and access devices faster, so you can get more work done by spending less time waiting. The higher data throughput makes the card a necessity for external hard drives, hard drive enclosures, and many other fast-access USB 3.1 peripherals.

Convenient and simple connectivity, with two types of USB ports

For connection flexibility, the card offers USB-C and USB-A ports, so you can bridge the gap between older and newer USB devices that use different connectors. Now you can simultaneously connect and access USB Type-A and USB Type-C™ devices from the convenience of one card.

By adding two types of USB ports in one combo card, you can free up space in your PC, and eliminate the nuisance of having different cards for different USB devices. Plus, you can rest assured your set for the future, as USB-C devices become more popular and more standardized.

Plenty of power for bus-powered devices

When used with the SATA power connector, the card delivers higher power output than traditional USB cards. It offers a 2-amp USB-A port, and a 3-amp USB-C port, so you can connect many bus-powered devices (for example, portable hard drives), without the need for an external power adapter.

Easy to install in different form factors

The PCIe USB 3.1 card comes equipped with a full-profile bracket, but also includes a half-height or low-profile bracket, making it easy to install in full or small form-factor desktops or servers. And, the card offers hassle-free installation, with no additional software or drivers required in many natively supported operating systems.

The PEXUSB311A1C is backed by a 2-year warranty and free lifetime technical support.

Note: The card does not support DP Alt Mode or USB Power Delivery.
