We are currently seeking an experienced IT Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team at QLD's leading computer retailer, located at Mt. Gravatt, Brisbane. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes

• Experience in Sales of Desktop Computers, Notebooks and Servers
• Knowledge of current computer hardware and software demonstrated by the ability to configure computer systems that meet customer needs
• High focus on the delivery of Excellence in Customer Service
• Good people skills including the ability to work within a Team

To be successful in this role you will possess a genuine love of sales, and hunger for success. You will be self-motivated and dedicated to your role. Work hours are determined on a rotating roster which incorporates weekend and early evening trading hours.

Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Initiate and close sales within our store and by telephone
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Assist customers with technical and sales enquiries
• Maintain product and store presentation

To be considered for this role, you must have a broad knowledge of all computer hardware, be able to demonstrate time management skills, organisation and initiative. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work efficiently & effectively without supervision.

Experience in Retail Sales and an interest in Computers is required.
